Locating your group's Metadata Templates
To get started, click Settings under your group, and then select Metadata under Templates.
Creating a New Metadata Template
From there, you can create a new metadata template by clicking on Create and adding a descriptive name for the template.
Adding Fields to Your Metadata Template.
To add fields to your metadata template, click Add Field in the upper right.
For this Billing metadata template, Attendees, let's add some Text fields for the tenant's name, email, address, etc., starting with their name.
Note
Small fields take up 1/4th of the horizontal space, medium fields take up 1/2, and large fields take up a whole row.

Starting a New Row
You can make any field the last in a row by adding a linebreak after it. To get started, click the edit button.
Then click the Linebreak After toggle switch, then click Update.
Tip
You can also add the linebreak during field creation. If there's no space left in the row, a linebreak will be added automatically, placing the new item on the next row.
The Result
Here's the result:
You can also share the field with a team by clicking Add beside the team's name.
Note
Clicking the Can Edit toggle will allow this team to edit this field and clicking Remove will stop sharing it with the group.
