While metadata is normally added as part of an event type, it's possible to add Metadata to an event separately if the need arises. Pre-existing metadata sets are required to add metadata to an event.

Adding Metadata to an Event
To start, click on an event in your group dashboard then open the Metadata tab in the inspector panel that slides in.
Now we can append a premade metadata template by clicking the Add Template action button in the upper right.
Select all the Meta Data that you require for the event and click Create.
And now your Meta Data is ready to use!
