Navigating to the Public Form

Click on Public Forms in your festival's sidebar, then open the relevant public form to get started.

Accepting & Declining Submissions

In the responders list, locate a pending request to approve or decline. You can identify a pending request by its yellow Pending tag.

Accepting

To accept a submission, hover your mouse over a submission's Pending tag and click the checkmark that appears.

Declining

To decline a submission, hover your mouse over the undesirable submission's Pending tag and click the X that appears. Also accessible from the slide-out panel.

Tip

You can also accept or decline a submission from the slide-out panel you get when you click the responder's name.

Reverting Submissions to Pending

Click the name of the person whose status you'd like to revert back to pending. In the slide-out panel that appears, open the Responder tab then click Edit in the upper right.

This enables the button labelled Change To Pending. Click it to revert the responder to its initial Pending state.

What happens next?

Once you have accepted or declined a response, the respondent will get one of the automatic email responses configured in the Public Form.
