Travels Overview

Get an overview of all Travel Plans for all performances.

As a performance begins to ramp up toward showtime, clear and organized travel information makes all the difference in the world. This article will help you get the most out of the Travel's page for performances.

Note, the Local Travels overview is mostly identical, so we'll only cover the one with more going on.

Locating the Travel Information

To get started, open your festival's Performances page and click Travels.

Using the Travels Page

Filter by Name

Typing the name of a performance into the search bar narrows the list down to the desired performance.

Show a Date or A List of Dates

Selecting Date will show you only the travels for a single date and lets you change dates with the controls in the upper left. Selecting List will still group travels by date, but you'll get one continuous list instead.

Arrivals & Departures

Select whether to show all Arrivals, Departures, or both.

Select Columns

Here you can select what information you'd like to view per travel entry. Removing a tick from one of these boxes will also remove the associated column from the travel results. Crescat will remember any changes made to column visibility, but the changes will only affect how you see them.

Download Travel Plans

To get a CSV file or PDF of the travel plans, click Download in the upper right, then select the kind of information you'd like to include. Once you have what you need, click the download button to save the file to your device.

The local travels overview works the same way as the Travels overview, so now you know how to use both!
