Configuring the Guest Lists

The main elements to configure here are Allowed Guests and Auto Approve Guests.

Allowed Guests

Allowed Guests is the maximum number of guests allowed on your guest lists. This must be above 0 to add guests to a Guest List within any performance.

Tip

The Allowed Guests limit applies to all performance Guest Lists unless an override is configured within the performance.

Auto Approve Guests

If Auto Approve Guests is enabled newly added guests will skip their pending status and go straight to approved. When this is disabled, they will be marked as pending until explicit approval has been given.
