Before Using Guest Lists
When you access a performance and attempt to add guests to the guest list, you may find that it indicates zero guests have been added out of a possible zero. This signifies that the performance has no guests and has not been configured to allow any.
You can always click Edit Guest List and Override the default values for each list.
However, it's more advisable to set up a new default maximum limit of guests.
Setting Up the Guest Lists
You can set up the guest list in the Performances settings in either your group or festival. To get there, click the Settings item in the same section of the sidebar that contains the Performances you'd like to create the guest list for.
Here is an example of a guest list for the performances of a festival.
If no guest list has been created, you may make one now.
Once created, you can add the limit for allowed guests and decide if the guests will automatically be approved if the limit is respected.
Now when you open a performance's guest list, you will see the new guest limit has been applied.
