Locating the Scheduler
In the sidebar, open the festival you wish to view and click Scheduler.
Opening the Performances Panel
The top of the Performances Panel can be seen peeking out at the bottom of the Scheduler. Click the arrow that's pointing upward to make the full panel slide out.
Adding a Performance to an Event
Click and drag the desired performance from the performances pane and drop it on the event that requires it.
The bar between the header and the performances lets you find important performances quickly.
At the Top of the Scheduler
The Mode Selector
You can select the mode for the scheduler on the left side. Edit mode let's you drag items around the scheduler, create events, etc. Won't let you do those things, however, you can still add performances to events.
Search
Right below the mode selector is the search bar which lets you search for a specific event in the scheduler.
Categorize Events by Venues and Rooms
On the far left is an item labeled Venues which lets you filter and categorize the events in the Scheduler by the venues and rooms they utilize. Notice how the scheduler updates when you tick the box next to a room name.
Types
Event Type filters will have the scheduler only show events that have the event types you've selected.
Dates
You can use the dates filter to decide how many days will be shown in the festival's Scheduler. As with the other filters, this only affects your view of the scheduler.
To select a date range click the first date you want to see, then click the last date you'd like to see. To show just one day, double-click the desired day to set it as both the start and end date.
Settings
Settings give you control over other aspects of the Scheduler.
Start/End of Day
The Start of Day and End of Day fields confine hours in the scheduler between the two times you've selected.
In this example, we've set the Start Of Day to 09:00 and End Of Day to 11:00.
The result we get on the scheduler will look like this.
Durations
Setting the Durations will change the times and notches on the left of the scheduler.
A setting of 15 minutes will place these notches 15 minutes apart.
Update Event Name
When you add the first performance to an event, the Update Event Name feature can automatically change the event name to match the performance name.
Always Prompt will check with you each time before taking action, Always Update will change the event name without asking first, and Never Update will disable this feature until you decide on a different option.
Views
The different views change the way the information in the Scheduler is displayed.
Calendar View
Changes the scheduler into a full calendar. The events are stacked chronologically, one on top of the other, within its day.
Scheduler View
Its the default view with times on the left and dates and categories along the top.
Stage View
The Stage View lets you see the scheduler of a given location.
Day View
Here we get a linear, left-to-right view of a given day, including their timeline assignments, etc. Once you have some events set up, give the day view button a click to see what it does.
In the upper right of the day view, you have two buttons: Settings and Exit. Settings let you choose what to display and how, while Exit returns you to the Scheduler View.
Report
Download a detailed and customizable report of the festival's events.
Click and configure the report parameters. When everything is the way you want it, click Download to get a PDF or CSV report.
