The itinerary builds itself as you add information to the performance.
About This Article
In Crescat you don't need to think about building an artist's itinerary for a Performance, but you do need to make the details visible to them. The itinerary starts to build itself as you add info in the various tabs of a Performance or add Performances to events, etc.
Contents
Example Using Travels
You can get a quick view of the artist's itinerary on the right of each Performance.
Let's start with a blank itinerary.
The Itinerary keeps pace as I add details about the performance, like this flight time in the Travels tab.
Adding the Itinerary to the Artist's Advance
The artist can also receive all the same info in their advance itinerary. Head to the Performance's Advance tab and select the items you'd like to show.
Note
Some categories are only available once other categories have been enabled.
If you enable more than one category and add relevant details to them, the artist will get an itinerary that places all categories into one chronological list. Here, Crescat is mixing Travels and Accommodations into one Itinerary since both categories are enabled and have information saved in them.
