       Festivals should have some basic info, like what and when, plus a few little extras. This article will walk you through some of the main points of the Edit Festival page.

      Finding the Festival's Settings

      To get started, open your festival's Settings and click Edit Festival under Festival Setup.

       

       

      Changing Festival Details

      To upload your festival's logo, click the Upload Logo button below the logo area.

       

      Note

      Your festival's logo will mainly appear in Reports and optionally in Emails sent by Crescat on behalf of your Festival.

       

      Name and Description

      Next to the logo, you can change the Festival Name and its Description.

       

      Changing Dates

      The Start Date and End Date fields can't be edited unless you first select an option from the Change Dates dropdown list other than Keep Dates. Change Duration lets you simply change the start and end dates. Change Dates will let you shift over the festival's Events, Travels, etc. to the new dates.

       

      Caution

      Regardless of what you change in the Edit Festival page, remember to click Update or the changes will not be saved.
