Locating Festival Sections

In the sidebar, click the festival you want to view or edit the sections of, then click Festival Sections.

Creating a New Festival Section

To get started, click Create Festival Section in the upper right.

Add a name and description and select the options that describe the way you want the Crescat system to handle this Festival Section. If any options are unclear, hover over the "i" icon beside its name for a concise elaboration.

Scheduling Shifts

Clicking a section's name will open its dashboard where you can manage the crew for that section. For more on scheduling crew for your various sections, try this article on Adding Crew to Shifts.

Public Forms (volunteers, etc.)

Here in the Festival Sections view, you can see the Short Names of the festival's Public Forms prefixed by hashtags, and if relevant, there will be some information in each column.

Likewise, these Festival Sections can be optionally connected to public forms, which is briefly touched on in the second half of this article on public forms and volunteers.
