Locating Festival Sections

In the sidebar, click the festival you want to view or edit the sections of, then click Festival Sections.

 

Creating a New Festival Section

To get started, click Create Festival Section in the upper right.

 

Add a name and description and select the options that describe the way you want the Crescat system to handle this Festival Section. If any of the options are unclear, hover over the "i" icon beside its name for a concise elaboration.

 

Booking Crew

Clicking a section's "page & arrow" icon will open up its dashboard where you can dig into managing the crew for that section. For more on booking crew for your various sections, click here.

The "page & arrow" icon informs you that clicking the link or button will result in moving you to another page.

 

It's All Connected... Potentially.

Here in the Festival Sections view, you can see the Short Names of the festival's Public Forms, denoted by hashtags, as well as some data listed under each one.

 

Likewise, these Festival Sections can be optionally connected to public forms, which is briefly touched on in the second half of this article.
