The Contacts tab of a Performance is a place where you can store all contacts connected with the artist/performance. The contacts added here will be added to your group's Contact Lists. This article will explain these concepts.

Locating the Contacts of a Performance

Click Performances in the sidebar under the desired group or festival. Once the Performances page opens, click on the Performance you'd like to view the contacts of, then click the Contacts tab.

Adding or Creating a Contact

In the upper right of the Contacts pane, you should see the Add Contact action button. Once you've located it, click it to start typing the contact's name.

As you type names from your group's Contact Lists appear below the search bar if a potential match is found. Click the contact you'd like to add when you see them in the results or click Create to make a new contact from whatever you typed into the search field.

Now you can add their details, designate their role, add them to the travel party, etc.

Newly created performance contacts are added to the festival's Contact Lists and for the group that owns the festival.
