Adding Group Members

Add new Members to your Group, whether or not they have a profile on Crescat.

To follow along, you'll need either the email address of the user or they need to be a contact in your Contacts List and have a profile on Crescat. With some of that in place, this article will guide you through adding Members to your Crescat Group.

Locating the Member Manager

Click Members in the sidebar, then click the Member Manager tab.

 

Adding a new member

To start, click the Add User button on the upper right of the members list.

 

Inviting the User

If the user is in your group's contacts, you can add them by simply typing their name. Otherwise, type their email address and then click the Invite text to invite them by email.

 

Once you select the user by name or by email, you can set the permissions that user will receive once they join the group you've selected. You also add more users using the Search bar. 

At this point, users have not been notified about being invited to the group, so feel free to remove users from this list before clicking Invite All.
