Locating the Accommodation Settings

Select Settings under the festival you want to update, then choose Accommodations.

Creating Accommodations

There are two types of accommodation details that you can create: Places and Rooms. A place is the building or location that will be utilized, while the room is a more specific area within that location.

Creating a Place

First, select Accommodation Places, then click the Create button in the upper right.

 

Then fill out the location details for the place you desire to add.

 

Now it is an available accommodation that can be used in the system.

 

Creating a Room

From the accommodations screen, select Accommodation Rooms.

 

Then select Create in the upper right.

 

Then simply enter a name for the type of Room you need. 

Using Accommodations

Open a performance and select the Accommodations tab. Within, you can select Create Accommodation on the far right.

 

Under "Where" you can select a location from your Accommodation Places. Lower down, you can select the number of rooms that will be required for this accommodation entry.
