Setting a Shift for Sale
Shifts can be set for sale from the Member's Calendar and an event's Slide-Out. Let's take a look at how to locate both.
Via using the Members Calendar
To get there, click Members in your sidebar, then Members Calendar if it's not already open.
Next, you can select an existing shift or click a square in the calendar that doesn't belong to a specific member.
This opens the Create Shift slide-out containing the For Sale switch.
From an Event's Slide-out
From within the Members tab of an event's slide-out, click Create Shift in the upper right.

About halfway down the Create Shift slide-out, turn on the "For Sale" switch.
The Create Shift Slide-out
After following the above steps, you should have located and enabled "For Sale".
If the switch is grayed out, a group member may be in the Assigned User slot. Removing the assignee will allow the shift to be set for sale.
Requesting a "For Sale" Shift
You'll need to access your Personal Dashboard. Find your username in the Select Affiliation list, then make sure Dashboard is selected.
You'll also need to be in Month or Week View, which you can set in the upper right.
When there's a shift for sale, it will be visible in your Personal Calendar.
You can click it to read more details about the shift and request to work it.
Once accepted, you may Cancel the Request or add a Comment.
Accepting a Request
In the member's calendar, you can see the number of requests made for each shift. Click the Requests button with the shopping cart icon to view the requests.
This is where you can accept or decline the request, or assign the shift to one of the available users below.
