The Progress Bar

The progress bar at the bottom of a performance informs your team about what's done and what needs doing in preparation for a given performance.

The items can be completed in any order rather than sequentially. To indicate a step has been completed, check off the appropriate box and its new status will be saved automatically.

Tip

Click the tag to show and hide the progress bar.

Locating the Progress Bar Settings

Open the settings of the festival you'd like to update and click Progress Bar under Performances in the menu that opens up.

Adding Steps to a Progress Bar

Once you're in the settings you'll see the steps of the progress bar. If no progress bar has been created, you'll then click Create New in the empty area.

Below the last item in the list, you can enter a new item into the progress bar.

Click Create on the right of the new item once you're satisfied with it.

Though the list doesn't need to be completed sequentially, you can reorder them if desired. Click and drag the double-arrowed handle to move the item to a new location in the list, then simply drop it in place.

Naturally, this sequence will match what you will see inside of a Performance.
