The Progress Bar

The progress bar—at the bottom of a performance's dashboard helps your team see what's done and what needs doing in preparation for a given performance.

The items can be completed in any order rather than sequentially. To indicate a step has been completed, check off the appropriate box and its new status will be saved automatically.

Locating the Progress Bar Settings.

Open the settings of the festival you'd like to update to get started. Then click Progress Bar under Festival Settings in the menu that opens up.

Adding Steps to a Progress Bar

Once you're in the settings you'll see the steps of the progress bar, if any, in the main area to the right. To add items to the progress bar, click Create in the upper right.

Then you can add a title for that step and a description.

You can reorder the list however you'd like, but of course, the list doesn't necessarily need to be completed sequentially. Click and drag the double-arrowed handle to move the item to a new location in the list, then simply drop it in place.

And this is how the changes are reflected in the performance's progress bar.
