About This Article

Locating the Email Templates

To get started, open your festival's Settings and click Email Templates under Emails.

Creating a New Template

To create a new Template click Create in the upper right.

A box will pop up where you can enter details and compose the email template's message. Let's walk through a couple of the settings that can be changed.

The Type dropdown has a couple of options within. Without Type can be used to write as many regular email messages as you'd like. Otherwise, you can choose Advance, which you can only compose one of which is used when sending advances to performances.

Note

Since the context of the email is known in Advance emails, extra templating options become available for composing your message.

The With Link to My Page option will add a link in the sent email to the user's My Page where they can see all the details they need and interact with the Festival. Active makes the template available from within the Template dropdown lists found when emailing performances.

Here is where one place the Email Template is used. If the email template is not set to Active, then it will not appear in this list.
