Locating the Contact Types
To get started, select Settings from the sidebar under the desired Festival, then under Performances, choose Contact types.
Creating a Contact Type
To Create a new Contact Type, click Create in the upper right.
Next, you can enter a name for the contact type and select the desired accreditation level for contacts of this type, then click Create.
Typing the name of the contact type and pressing Enter also creates the new type.
Using the Contact Types
Open a Performance's Contacts tab and either select a contact from the list or add a new contact. Either way, you'll get a slide-out panel where you can set their contact type.
