Locating Contact Settings

Click Settings to get started. Then under group settings, click contacts.

 

Creating Fields

You can add custom fields to your contacts so you can follow along with whatever info is important to your organization. Allergies, Organization Number, or whatever you wish.

 

You can add fields where group admins can write text or numbers, or select a items from dropdown lists. These field types and more are covered in this article here.

List Type

You could have a list called Gender which contains five items: Male, Female, Non-binary, Other, and Undisclosed. Users will only be able to select between these when filling out contact information.

 

Creating a Company Type

Company Types reduce mental load when planning events. Instead of tracking individual companies and employees, reach for a Company Type like 'Lighting.' To create a new Company Type, click the Add button next to the header."

 

Then simply give a descriptive name to the type of company you wish to create.

 

You can then filter you companies by type, simplifying the selection process.
