Locating Contact Settings

Click Settings to get started. Then under group settings, click contacts.

Creating Fields

You can add custom fields to your contacts so you can follow along with whatever info is important to your organization. Allergies, birthdays, learning style, or whatever you wish.

 

You can add a field where group admins can write text or numbers, or select an item from a dropdown list. These field types and more are covered in this article here.

List Type

You could have a list called Learning Styles which contains five items: Unclear, Auditory, Kinaesthetic, Reading & Writing, and Visual. Users will only be able to select between these when filling out contact information.

 

 

Creating a Company Type

Company Types are a quality-of-life feature to reduce cognitive load while planning events. To create a company type, click the Create action button beside its header.

 

Then simply give a descriptive name to the type of company you wish to create.
