Can We Share a Crescat Account?

Sharing accounts spans from "discouraged" to "breach of Terms of Service". Here is the breakdown.

While don’t have a technical "block" to stop this, our Terms of Service do have some rules about it for security reasons.

Here is the quick breakdown:

  • Standard Accounts: Sharing these is discouraged. It makes it hard to track who made specific changes if something goes wrong in the system.

  • Admin Accounts: These cannot be shared. Doing so is considered a breach of our terms of service.

With that said, you won't be logged out of Crescat on one browser when logging in on another. The only automatic logout function we have is when your session expires, which Crescat does periodically for security reasons.
