      Auto Assign Accreditation to Travel Party

      Locating the Performance Accreditation Settings

      To get started, click Accreditations under Performances within your festival's settings.

       

       

      Setting the Travel Party Accreditation Level Rule

      Tick the box that says Set Accreditation for Travel Party, select the accreditation level they should all receive, then click Update.

      Note

      Clicking Update will apply the accreditation level to all current and future Tavel Party members without an Accreditation Level. Members who already have an accreditation level will retain theirs.

       

      Now, when a new travel party member is added, they will automatically be assigned the Guest Accreditation Level.
