Advance Specific Contacts
The contacts on the Advances page let you enter the contact details of one or more people for the advancing artist to contact.
The resulting contact list will be displayed in the advance it resides in.
Advance Announcement
This announcement section will only be displayed for the performance advance in which it was created. It's an opportunity to give information tailored to the advancing artist.

Advance Section Visibility
Advance Access
When it's open, then anyone with the link can view the advance. The defaults for the Open From and Open To fields can be set in your festival's settings. You can override the default settings by clicking the date (or Never Closed label) and selecting an alternative date.
You can override the default visibility settings by clicking the Override checkbox, and then entering the desired date and time you'd like the advance to be made available. The global tag indicates that the setting is for all advances, while the local tag shows that the setting impacts only this performance advance.
Tip
Items with the Default tag adhere to the rules specified in your festival's settings. Items with the Custom tag mean that, for this advance only, the availability rules deviate from those defined in your festival's settings.
Visible Announcements
You can select the sections you'd like the advancing artist to look over. Unchecking them will not prevent similar content from appearing in the artist's itinerary.
This is how the artist will see the enabled items.
Visible Submissions
You can select the forms you'd like the advancing artist to fill out.
The forms will be available to the artist in the sidebar of their advance.
Making Use of the Advance
In the upper right of the advance, you have options for sending and viewing the artist's advance.
