Get to the Point

  • Performances contain all info on an artist, and their advance.
  • Travels are split into 2 types, local, and all other travels.
    • Local is all travel when the artist arrives.
    • Travel Plan is all connecting flights, train, sea, and long distance ground transport.
  • Accommodations are for hotel stays, restaurant visits, etc.
  • Most things with times and dates will be added to the artists itinerary, including Accommodations and Travels.

 Performances

Performances are where you add and view information about an artist; including their travel information, hotel stays, restaurant visits, contacts, advancing, and more. Click Performances in the sidebar for your festival to start.

Lists/reports

Inside a created performance, there are several tabs along the top. Let's cover some of them briefly.

Dashboard

It's the first thing you see when you open a performance. It gives you a quick overview of what the performance contains without digging into each tab.

Contacts

The contacts of the artist, including their travel party, will be listed here. You can add some manually, but any contacts the artist fills out in their advancing form will appear here once the artist submits the advance form.

Tasks

Part of the larger tasking system in Crescat. You can create tasks, assign individuals, and add deadlines. It's an extra module in Crescat, so purchasing tasks will add this item to all performances.

Travels

This is where you track flights and other trips the artist must take to, from, and around the festival area.

Accommodations

This is where you track stays. More on this below.

Guest Lists

A list of the artist's guests. Your festival sets the number of guests allowed.

Documents

Whether it's a document you've uploaded or submitted by the artist in an advance form, they all end up here.

Advances

Configure what's shown in the advance and view other important advance-related details. You can also access, copy the link, or email the advance itself from here.

Travels

Travels come in 2 flavors, local travel and travel plan. Local travel is more for getting the artist around once they arrive, and travel plans are for everything else, like flights and connections. Added travel information will be added to the artist's itninerary automatically.

Creating a Local Travel

In the upper right of the Travels tab, click Add Local Travel.

Filling out the necessary details and clicking Create adds the travel details to the performance. The result will look something like this.

Creating a Travel Plan

In the upper right of the Travels tab, click Add Travel Plan.

Filling out the necessary details and clicking Create adds the travel details to the performance. The result looks like a Local Travel, but lists each stop individually.

Hotels and Hotspots

These are added in the Accommodations tab. Accommodations include hotel stays, restaurant visits, and anywhere you'll be sending your artist during their stay. All these details will be added to the artist's itinerary automatically.

Creating a Stay/Visit

In the upper right in the Accommodations tab, click Create.

After filling out the details of the stay/visit, it will appear in the performance like this:

Artist Itinerary

Along with any other details with time and place, Accommodations and Travels will appear in the artists itinerary automatically, unless configured to do otherwise in the performance's Advances page.

The artist can view their full itinerary, or see specific kinds of information.
