Locating the Settings

Open the settings for the relevant group or festival and click Accommodations under Performances.

 

Accommodation Rooms

Accommodation Places can have rooms. To create a room, select Accommodation Rooms from the list.

 

Adding a Room

Click the blank field and enter the new name of the kind of room you need, then click Create.

 

Accommodation Places

Open Accommodation Places to add the physical address and other details of locations your performances may visit.

 

Adding a Place

Simply click Create in the upper right to add a place.

 

Then fill out the details of the accommodation location.
